WHAT TO EXPECT
We understand that visiting a new church for the first time can be intimidating.
We strive to be authentic, loving, and biblical in everything we do.
We are dedicated to providing a welcoming atmosphere, as we cherish getting to know you.
We hope you come and experience the transforming power of the love of Jesus Christ.
Below we have answered some common questions you might have ahead of time.

Once you pull into our parking lot, you will see ample parking in our lot, located right next to the church building. Those who may be harder of walking should not have issues, as this parking lot is very close to the sanctuary. Please note that our building is shared with another congregation, known as PILGRIM, so please do not be confused if you see any signage for this.
We value children experiencing community worship and the biblically-rich, spirit filled atmosphere it brings. At Risen City,
all aged children stay with their families,
during the worship portion of our community service.
After this 15 minute allotment, children are released to either Risen Nursery OR Risen Kids Sunday School with the help of our volunteer staff.
After our community church service ends,
we offer Risen Men and Women's Class from 10:30am to 11:30am. During this time, we can offer Children After Church (CAC) by request, allowing parents with children to also attend Sunday School hour. To reserve for this in advance, please contact us.

Our community service is biblically-rich, Christ-centered, and seeks to bring glory to God.
This service includes singing worship, prayer, communion, and preaching based explicitly on passages from the Bible. We celebrate and communicate the Good News of what God has done through Jesus Christ—in history and in our lives.
It is our heart to get to know every newcomer visiting our church.
During your visit, please fill out one of our Connection Cards,
so we can better serve you. We have many ways you can get involved with our church community, such as: Risen Men & Women's Class, Risen Life Groups, Local Missions, and our ongoing Fellowship Church Events hosted, for all ages.
